Vivo en Zapopan, Jalisco, México. Tengo 74 años, estoy estudiando arquitectura y aunque sé que hay muchas plataformas de dibujo, desde AutoCAD, SketchUP, Revit, etc., considero que el saber y poder dibujar a mano no tiene comparación, ya que considero que dibujando a mano la mente es más libre de expresarse y mantenerse creativa. El dibujar en alguna plataforma, lo considero como caminar con muletas, (quizá porque no soy experto en esa técnica), así que cuando necesito crear algún concepto lo hago a mano, y cuando ya lo tengo mas o menos definido, entonces empiezo a realizar el dibujo en AutoCAD por ejemplo.
Si mal no recuerdo descubri el blog en FaceBook,
El reto es crear dibujos a mano que puedan ser de una calidad aceptable como para poder presentarlos como una propuesta, sin que demerezcan tanto ante aplicaciones o renders de las computadoras, eso es lo que quisiera aprender
Agradezco el libro que nos obsequia, esperemos poder aprovecharlo de manera completa.

Eu sou Thiago. Moro no Brazil. Conheci o blog através da comunidade do meu curso de desenho. Visitei o site para buscar mais informações sobre o desenho de construção (Dynamic sketch).
Oioi tudo bem, eu me chamo Vitória, eu moro em Minas Gerais no Brasil, eu estava procurando sites, vídeos, cursos para eu poder aprender mais dicas de desenho até que vi um vídeo de um desenhista, que indicou eu começar visitando seu site, desde pequena eu desenho, e sempre quis aprender desenhar. Eu queria aprender perspectiva, formas geométricas , contraste de luz e sombra e pintura.

I’m from California, USA. I’ve always wanted to be able to draw what I imagine. I found you because I was looking for beginning drawing tutorials. I’m doing a homeschooling class for my nephew and we were practicing cubes/boxes and perspective. I’m happy to have found you because I need to just draw and not get in my own way by making everything a big deal.

And yes, you are right, when you draw, just focus on the process of drawing, enjoying it. Don’t focus on the result. It will come naturally. Learning how to draw is a journey. And we can remember how we started first because we like the action of drawing itself.
