    • Hi Rinaldi,
You are right, phone distraction does not bring much positive.
A tip is to realise that the whole phone distraction system is made to “use us” – and so we don’t want to be part of it that way.
It is a mental trick that makes phone entertainment less attractive.

  • Angel diaz from tx but live in wi ..

The reason I want to learn to sketch is because I found beauty and passion in art.. I was discouraged to draw as a youngster ,and not that I am in my prime of 33 i got into tattooing . Man!! Was that such a bad idea but the artist in me hatched from it. I always admired artist I found them to be out of this world. Now I want to nourish that artist in me so I may live a life filled with joy. I paint vehicles air brush and stuff as well nothing crazy since my skills where at hangman level and was not surpassing basic 2d shapes. I embraced on a spiritual journey and this is where it led me ! Thank you all for being here . Thank you master or (masters) for bestowing your knowledge upon us !
