I’m from Ponchatoula, La. And I am 63 years old. I am out of praciting. I graduated from Louisiana Southern University at 2008 with art major. I found this program by browsed the google.
I lost my talents in Art. I really want to learn to draw realism by free hands. I’m terrible in sketching. I have so many creative pictures in my mind, but I can’t put the pictures on canvas. I lost it.

I’m 26, from Mexico. I’m a 2D animator but I struggle with how to draw forms that feel 3D and have the correct perspective,
I want to be able to sketch forms from imagination and that they feel solid and believable. I want to be able to sketch a lot of things from life and from my mind. While searching on youtube I found your video about how to sketch the basic forms and it was really useful so I wanted to see your blog and learn more.
I think my major problem right now is that I can draw the gesture of an object and understand their form somewhat right but the perspective is always off or I get confused about how to see the perspective at all

I like to learn sketching more effectively so I can sketch from any angle under my imagination so that I can design more effectively

Problem:
I can sketch but can’t sketch effectively enough, in particular from any angle or perspective. Also I am good at draw via observation but am not familiar with more rational approach such as those sketching skills used in product design.

Yes, there is a difference in techniques used to draw via observation and drawing with a Designer point of view.
