Dear,
First i want to say thanks for creating and sharing with us wonderful informations anout sketching.
I am Haitam Khlifi, i am from Morocco. I lived know in italy. I am industrial engineer with background of manufacturing and design. For design i use only cad in Catia V5, and other softwares. But I would like to develop my skills from the first step : Sketching. My goad is to design what i think and convert it as model. And improve some existing products.
My hand for drawing is bad, but i took the challenge to learn and improve my creativy..
I work as mechanical and electrical design engineer. The most of time i use Cad. But sometimes i want to draw only a simple Sketch to explain my view, but it is hard hh.
I don’t know from where i should start, and what i should do, i am in phade to group information to start.
Thanks and best regards
Hey Haitam,
The first step is to study perspective. From CAD, you already got a great grasp on it.
You now need to learn how to draw it. You’ll see in the Designer Starter kit, you can learn the basics techniques in a few days only!
